New to EISD students going into Kindergarten through 12th grade must complete a registration form online or at the campus.

Fill out a separate form for each student.
Have digital copies of the following ready to submit to finalize enrollment. If you are unable to upload online, you may bring the physical copies to your student's campus.
- Student’s Birth Certificate
- Social Security card, if available
- Parent/Guardian ID
- One of the following: Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID (in person only), or Permanent Resident Card
- Proof of Residence (One of the following: Utility Bill, Tax Bill, Rental Lease Agreement, etc.)
- Student Immunization Records
